Zpěvák irské skupiny U2 Bono Vox napsal skladbu inspirovanou útoky ze 13. listopadu v Paříži. V rozhovoru pro televizi CNN prozradil, že písničku s názvem Streets of Surrender, jejíž zkratka je příznačná S.O.S., připravuje pro italského zpěváka Zucchera. Bono ve vysílání rovnou přednesl text písně, který přetiskujeme níže.
Skupina U2 byla v Paříži v době atentátu, když zkoušela na velký koncert pro stanici HBO, který se měl odehrát o den později. Koncert nakonec odložila a absolvovala ho na stejném místě v neděli.
